    We’re talking a proper excursion through Barcelona’s most buzzing market, uncovering the secrets of authentic ingredients, a bit of friendly rivalry brewing up the best sangria, and whipping up a paella that would make any chef worth their salt a bit jealous. All in a day’s work, surrounded by gales of laughter, a tipple or two, and that unmatched Barcelona vibe.

    Price: €100 per person (minimum 10 people) for groups up to 18 people or €120 per person for groups form 18 to 55 people. Other group sizes can be accommodated, please inquire.

    et’s kick off this jolly jaunt at Barcelona’s famed Boqueria Market. With our ace chef leading the charge, you’ll be diving headfirst into a world where every colour and flavour screams ‘Spain’.

    From picking the crème de la crème of tomatoes for your pan con tomate to scouting the top-notch seafood and unravelling the enigma of Iberico Bellota ham. And those olives? They’re an absolute revelation. This isn’t just your run-of-the-mill shopping trip; it’s a full-on sensory expedition into Spanish culture and gastronomy.

    A flavourful welcome to cooking workshop

    Once you rock up at our workshop, we’ll welcome you with a bubbly glass of cava (catalan champagne) and a spread that’s a true homage to Spanish flavours. Our chef will show you how to knock up a proper pan con tomate, turning a simple nibble into a taste sensation. As you get stuck in, the banter and tales will start flowing.

    Creative sangria competition

    Ready for some friendly competition? Split into teams, you’ll take on the noble art of sangria making. With our chef’s guidance, each group will concoct its own version of this iconic drink, be it with red wine, cava, white wine, or even a non-alcoholic twist. Unleash your creativity!

    The star of the show: the paella cooking workshop

    Now, for the main event: preparing the paella. Whether it’s seafood, mixed, meat, or vegetarian, each team will take charge of their paella, with our chef providing tips and tricks. This part is not only educational but also full of laughter and good vibes. And naturally, the sangria will keep flowing as you cook.

    The feast

    Once the paellas are done and dusted, we’ll usher you over to the dining area to tuck into your masterpieces. This is when you can sit back, sip on some wine or more sangria, and trade stories and chuckles. It’s a meal that’s as much about celebrating camaraderie as it is about the food.

    Dessert & Oscar Nominations

    And for the grand finale, treat yourselves to a smashing ice cream and a bit of Oscar-style glamour with our nominations. The top team bags a statuette, a well-earned tribute to their kitchen wizardry.
